Welcome to Photos by Ellie and enjoy samples of my current exhibition, Around the World. The exhibit is featured at the Center for Contemporary Arts in Abilene, Texas, from October 5 through December 2, 2023. My friend, Sandy Hazelip, and I set out on an adventure to "Travel Around the World in 80 Days at 81" (covid shut us down when we were 80). The journey was an exhilarating experience as we found ourselves in faraway places, immersed in exotic flavors, sounds, people, and sights. It was a powerful and transformative experience for both of us.

This exhibit allows me to express what we saw and experienced through my photography. It was a profound experience to photograph life around the world.
